Last weekend saw the Vryheid riders taking on the Ladysmith road race. A great change of scenery to the normal mountain biking races. What a great spirit amongst them as they spurred each other on. Was so nice to see our SA Champ, Frances Van Rensburg cycling the 100km in preparation for her World champ in England next week.
Congrats to everyone else that cycled the 80km and to San Haywood for taking first place on the podium for the ladies race.

Next up: Michaelis Challenge on Saturday 14 Sept at Bloemveld dam. Entries are still taken on the morning of the event.
