Vryheid Athletics Club Mtunzini Beach and Bush Run

Runners say the worst thing about the trail was that it was over too quickly.

This year VAC took on the trails at Mtunzini’s Beach and Bush run. Being a
long weekend a couple of runners booked a weekend away and took part in the
Bushwacker (27km and 16km) and Bush Baby (15km and 10km) 2 day trail run.

The routes were marked on beautiful coastal forest footpaths and boardwalks.
Technical trails with a lot of ups and downs, tree roots, beach running and
beautiful lush raffia palm tree forests. The worst thing about it, was that it
was over too quickly.
