A special thank you to front-line workers for keeping us safe

Let us be positive – this hour shall pass, and our world will heal

Editor –

During this hour of need when our lives are at risk caused by the corona virus, it is the health care workers that place their lives at risk to keep us alive, safe and healthy.

A special thank you to them – nurses, pharmacies, paramedics, doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, the commando unit and many more others who are in the frontline of the pandemic.

Lack of resources and protective gear even at government institutions, long hours, exposure to people who might be infected with the virus puts the lives of our health workers at risk. But they are our “soldiers “ in the frontline of the battle to save our lives.

May you be blessed to continue serving and saving lives, you are “angels” of God. To our doctors, nurses, pharmacists, staff of pharmacies, delivery personnel, thank you for service, help and care. Your service is much appreciated.

Thought for the day: Let us take time to be kind and compassionate to those who may not have as much as we do.

Let us be grateful for all that we have. Let us be positive – this hour shall pass, and our world will heal.

Caring Patient
