We have discussed this problem on many occasions, but it seems like all our correspondence is in vain. Always empty promises. The source of this continuous water, as has been proven, is coming from two businesses in Connor Street.
They are letting this water, and fuel, overflow into the storm-water drain behind them. Interceptor tanks is what they need to install and NOT make use of a STORM-WATER DRAIN.
I am requesting that both of you deal with this unending problem with the landlord and not with the managers. Then I would like to request that you resurface this deep, stinking hole that is posing a health hazard.
