Take action against racism

We have to stop pretending that international companies have the right to treat their employees however they want because it will surely stir up conflict

In 2020 we must send out a strong message that employees have rights in this country and that we have rights in our Constitution and that no one is above the law.

Good food / good life is what we all need and want, but when it promotes racism, stay away from it.
Some international companies in Estcourt, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa shy away from taking action against racism.

These companies ensure that privilege and power are rigidly bound by colour and networking, even in our Constitutional State that is founded on the principle that all are equal.
Nelson Mandela understood this, he said: “Democracy is based on the majority principle at the same time democracy also requires the right of minorities be safeguarded.”

These companies need to understand it’s not only about wealth, power and a market share but also about inclusiveness, non-racism, non-sexism and the truth.

So we have to stop pretending that international companies have the right to treat their employees however they want because it will surely stir up conflict.
Estcourt does not need conflict, but intervention, not only from the media but also from political parties and the judiciary.

As consumers, we have the right to buy or not to buy these companies’ products, if we choose not to buy these products, we will be taking away their market share and force them to account for their actions.

If we do not take action now, our people will always be subjected to the cruelties of these companies and our people will have no possibility to advance themselves from the circumstances of their birth.

Your children never received and will never receive a bursary or job opportunity from these companies.
Democracy is about minority right and freedom of speech, freedom of expression and the right to partition leaders as well as an independent judiciary.

Everybody has to follow the law and yes, democracy can be messy and it can be slow and frustrating, I know, but the efficiency that’s been promised by these leaders will lead to more wealth and power at the top and it makes it easy to conceal corruption, racism, sexism, discrimination and the truth.

Step up NOW and let us plan and determine an inclusive future together for all Estcourt residents.
Now is the time to educate ourselves and investigate these companies that promote these actions and take action.
