On Saturday, my friends and I were bored and decided to attend the Hussein Vally show at the Crown Hotel.
Boy, did we get a surprise! It was the best musical we have ever attended in Ladysmith.
When we got there at around 8pm, the show was in full swing. We were amazed how the crowd interacted with the singers and we stayed till the early hours of Sunday morning.
I must say it was worth every minute of our stay and well worth the money we paid.
Without sounding racist or anything like that, I must say that every singer made us proud to be of Indian origin.
And I must say a huge “shout out” to Crown Hotel for bringing such a high-class show to our town, where there is no entertainment or things to do over weekends.
And to top it all, Mr Iqbal Khan was gorgeous in his outfit and a joy to listen to.
Thank you, Mr Maharaj of the Crown Hotel. You guys rocked our town!
