Zuma puts Guptas ahead of the country

Jacob Zuma has confirmed his love for the Gupta family to the country by defending them openly in Parliament. This is a clear sign of blatant arrogance towards the people of this country.
There are no more doubts that Zuma’s best interests at heart are with the Gupta family and not this country.
In parliament, Zuma defended the Guptas and questioned the decision by SA banks to suddenly close all their accounts.
We know that these are some of Zuma’s tactics of wanting to challenge and intimidate the banks in defense of his good friends – the Guptas.
Congress of the People views Zuma’s comments regarding the Gupta family and the SA banks as very disturbing. We say it must be condemned
Zuma said on Wednesday that the government cannot sit by and watch banks close people’s accounts, referring to the Guptas.
COPE wants to warn Zuma that we will not allow anyone to turn this country into a banana republic.
The question must be asked: who is this Gupta family to get such a special attention from the Head of State?
We will defend our country and the institutions.
