Let’s stop the littering

The litter in the CBD has reached levels of epic proportions, with nothing seeming to be done about it.
What upsets me most is the total lack of disregard by the community itself. People just do not seem to care anymore about the town iteself or others.
Many people might say that a series of educational progammes could help, but children are taught in Grade 1 about how bad littering is.
I honestly believe that people need to start respecting themselves, others and the town itself.
Through a sense of respect, maybe, just maybe, our town will no longer be marred by litter.
