It is very sad to hear about the two burglaries at the MTN store in Newcastle CBD.
I am an ex employee of that branch and I can honestly say Nelda and Bennie Vorster are the last people on this planet who deserve all this bad luck.
They are the kindest, sweetest, most caring people I ever had the opportunity to meet, and the type of bosses anyone would be lucky to work for. The care they show towards not only their employees, but to the people is Newcastle, is indescribable.
They have always opened their hearts to people in need, and will go above expectations to make someone feel at home.
To read about their misfortunes is heartbreaking.
I personally know the blood, sweat and tears they have put into their franchise over the years to get it to where it is today, and then to see how criminals just walk in and tear all that hard work down, is horrible.
I can only hope and pray with them that Lady Luck gets back on their side, and things will get better.
