Honourable Mayor, round about September last year municipal trucks dumped loads and loads of rubble in front of my house next to the Simon Msibi park in Madadeni F. The dumping resulted in three things: rain water being directed into my property and causing me to wash off the mud with expensively bought water, two, encouraging weeds to grow up to two metres, and three, encouraging residents to view this as a dumping ground and dump theirs. I trust you to assist based on your track record.

Dear Mayor, It has come to light that employees of the municipality are striking, causing damage to municipal property just to justify their unhappiness about whatever caused this havoc. Will these employees be disciplined, for they can’t get away with damage and think they can get away with it. You are a reasonable man and will let justice prevail. Disciplinary hearing might be the best and to make them an example of that nobody will cause any damage to expensive properties to ease and better working situations.
We are not going to tolerate illegal strikes. We have discussed issues going forward and we hope going forward both sides will keep to their arrangements…
Good Day Mr Mayor. Just to let you know that the construction on Allen and Kirkland Street is becoming worse. People seem to have forgotten the rules of the road. Can we please have strict Traffic Officials appointed here until roadworks are complete. Before there is a major accident….

Dear Mayor I have mentioned last year regarding the uneven road patches. Whenever the municipality patches the road then after a few days the tar sags in and leaves the road with uneven patches that can cause heavy knocks on the car suspension. I request the municipality to refill the patches for smoother driving. Thank you Mr A Manga.
