Umtshezi Municipality is becoming a spaza shop

It clearly shows that when you employ someone with political intentions, it can kill the department

Editor
I went to the Traffic Department for my driver’s test recently and there were no examiners. When we go there, they say they will tell our driving school when we can come for our test. We are using our last money to come for the test and we need a drivers licence.
It turns out that the examiners are not getting along with the new manager at the Traffic Department. We have been wasting our time and money going back there. It clearly shows that when you employ someone with political intentions, it can kill the department. While we were waiting there, people were wondering how on earth can the African National Congress employ someone without the required certificate to run the department? Our Traffic Department is turning into a spaza shop. We need our municipality to apologise for the things that are happening in town.
