As a citizen of Estcourt I would like to congratulate the ANC (Ugan Chetty) on their victory in the by-elections held in Ward Four.
Yes, we hold you accountable for the promises you made.
We pray and hope that you will fulfil your promises you made to the community.
As the ruling party, the public now holds you accountable.
Just a reminder, in the Estcourt News on March 7, 2014 it was stated that water account arrears will be written-off.
Mr Jeebodh stated that the write-off might begin in April at the latest.
Please don’t be deceived, what you sow, you will reap.
I quote Mayor Bongani Dlamini: “If you can cut grass and repair potholes before the by-election, you can do it all the time, don’t wait for the by-elections to do it.”
