The local community officially kicked off the festive season by attending the Summer Vibes Market day held at the Isuzu/NTT Parking area on Saturday (November 4).
Even though the market’s location has shifted, event organiser Tara Wood is optimistic that the community will continue to support the event.
“We want people to remember what it is like to get together and to support buying local goodies. Market days like these foster a sense of community,” enthused Wood.
She thanked the Isuzu/Honda sales team who opened up their space, the Newcastle community and the Newcastle Advertiser for their support.
