‘Back to school, back to reality’ is the saying everyone knows from TV commercials.
Well, last Wednesday (January 17) was the first day of school and the little ones at Jack & Jill Pre-Primary & Crèche were ready to jump right in and get cracking. Some looked happy, relaxed and excited, while others were in tears and did not want their parents to leave them.

As the day progressed, the young learners were cajoled into forgetting their initial trepidation with many activities such as a jumping castle, painting, colouring in, playing with toys, watching TV, and a jungle gym.
Making new friends was also a highlight of the day.
According to the pre-primary, everything went well on the first day of the 2024 school calendar.
