DHS tennis team rises to the occasion once again

It was a long and hard day, but all the tennis players brought their A-game to battle it out for positions.

The Dundee High School (DHS) first tennis team played against Sarel Cilliers at the ‘home’ courts last Wednesday.
DHS took the win with a fantastic score of 11-3.
It was sadly also Asande and Sane’s last games for DHS.
First team tennis captain Zemichke Snyman commented that Asande and Sane will be missed and that Asande was the best doubles partner anyone could wish for.
Well done to Zemichke Snyman, Pieter Bester, JC Botha, Akhona Zungu, Zlika Meyer and Aryan Mungru for being chosen to compete in the NZKZN trials.
On Saturday, the above-mentioned learners competed in the NKZN tournament hosted by St Dominic’s.
DHS would like to congratulate Zemichke Snyman for winning the girls’ U/17 division. The team for next year is yet to be announced.
The following learners will be attending the KZN trials at Westridge Durban in November: Zemichke Snyman, Pieter Bester, Zalika Meyer and Aryan Mungru.
