Snow warning for high-lying areas in NKZN

Freezing-cold weather conditions are on the cards this weekend

The South African Weather Services have issued an orange alert for potential heavy to light snowfall in high-lying areas of NKZN.

Snow is predicted to fall for a short period early on Friday morning and Saturday morning.

A cause for concern is Van Reenen’s Pass, so those travelling in that direction are urged to exercise caution.

Other than the risk of snow, you can expect rain and freezing conditions, with temperatures between 0º and 6º C.
