Power outage and water supply disrupted in some areas

Several areas of town are without electricity this morning (July 31). The areas include Hospital Park, Old Golf Course, parts of Farquhar and Francis Road, Reservoir Road, and parts of the CBD.

Municipal electricians have been notified and are currently trying to resolve the issue.

Residents are furious, as some areas have been battling without water and now a power outage has been added to their woes.
