Residents are frustrated by the constant underground water leak in Taurus Street, Limit Hill, which has been reported but keeps recurring.
People living in the vicinity of the leak say this is the third time the leak has sprung up, and it is affecting the foundations and walls of their houses.

“We are really suffering with this water leak, especially because it is damaging our houses and flooding our gardens. You can imagine the mosquitoes swarming around in summer,” said one homeowner.
“We have reported this issue, but it keeps coming back and happens all over again. Many houses are affected in Taurus Street and it’s time something was done,” said ward committee member Jennifer Rehman.
