Police need help to find missing girl

Police need the community’s help to locate a missing teenage girl.

14-year-old Owami Akhona Mthethwa was reported missing by her mother on Monday (July 22).

Owami was last seen leaving her home at about 07:00 that morning, wearing green trousers and a grey jersey.

She is described as being 1.4m tall, of average build, with short hair and no distinguishing features.

Ladysmith police are urging anyone with information about Owami’s whereabouts to come forward and contact the investigating officer, Sergeant P Khanyile, on 0366383325 or 0824117070
