Local model excels in Sandton

Andile has also done charity work in her community

14-year-old Andile Mkhwanazi flew the uMnambithi flag high in Miss Pre-Teen Grand South Africa recently.

The pageant was held at Sandton Hotel in Gauteng.

The local model scooped two titles, namely Miss Pre-Teen Spectacular South Africa 2024 and Miss Charity.

She was representing the KwaZulu-Natal province and is now set to compete on the international stage in a country yet to be confirmed.

Andile has done community charity work, which includes a school uniform donation programme she did in January as part of the back-to-school campaign.

She also visited Ladysmith Regional Hospital, where she handed out necessities to mothers who had just given birth. Other community work included cleaning-up campaigns, as well as food and clothing donations.
