New councillor sworn in by Alfred Duma Local Municipality
Cllr Shange replaces Nathi Mthethwa, who is now a Member of the Provincial Legislature
Ms Lindokuhle Cynthia Shange was sworn in as a Proportional Representative (PR) councillor for Alfred Duma Local Municipality today (June 27).
Her swearing in was administered by the Speaker of the local municipality, Bheki Sithole.

The event was held at the Speaker’s office.
Shange replaces the president of the National Peoples Ambassadors, Nathi Mthethwa, who was recently sworn in as a Member of the Provincial Legislature, representing the uMkhonto Wesizwe Party.
