All welcome to join parkrun

Ladysmith parkrun held its 302nd event on Saturday (May 25) at the Country Club. 

The organisers said they welcomed many first-timers and hope to see them again next week.

“The parkrun course is in a very good condition and we thank the Country Club staff for this. Thanks must also go to the volunteers for assisting us.”

Anyone is welcome to join this 5km run/walk that takes place every Saturday at 08:00 at Ladysmith Country Club. It’s free of charge and you can choose whether you run, walk, jog or simply take a stroll.
