Ladysmith Lions Club spreads love over Mother’s Day weekend
There were 'spoils' aplenty for the ladies at Glaiste Rest Haven and Juana Maria Old Age Home
Last Saturday and Sunday (May 11 and 12), the Ladysmith Lions Club was out and about to spread some love over the Mother’s Day weekend.
On the Saturday, the Lions spoiled the ladies at Glaiste Rest Haven in Colenso. The celebration included a braai, and each lady was given a small gift to make them realise how special they are as mothers.

Then, on Sunday, the Lions visited Juana Maria Old Age Home in Ladysmith to also spread some Mother’s Day love to all the female senior citizens.
Each lady was given a fresh rose as a reminder of how important and loved they are in the community.
