Premier hands over new tyre shop in Steadville
The business employs 2 staff members who will be trained
As part of her visit to Ladysmith yesterday (May 16), Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube handed over a tyre shop to a young entrepreneur from Steadville.
Njabulo Makhoba from Steadville is the owner of 150 Tyre Shop, a ‘business in a box’ enterprise sponsored by the KZN provincial government and Dunlop.
Interestingly, 150 is the nickname of Ladysmith, hence the name of the business.
150 Tyre Shop specialises in wheel alignment, wheel balancing, new tyres, batteries and tyre repairs.
