Water interruptions anticipated in certain areas

uThukela would like to inform the community of Alfred Duma Local Municipality that a team from Eskom is currently preparing for a new transformer installation at the Rosehill pump station.

This might take up until tomorrow (May 3) or Saturday (May 4) to install.

As a result, the following areas are likely to experience water interruptions: Ezakheni A, B and D sections, as well as KwaBuhle and St Chad’s.

Residents of these areas are advised to store water in containers as a precautionary measure.
