uThukela call centre now fully operational

uThukela District Municipality would like to inform the community that their telephone lines at the call centre are up and running again.

The centre is now fully operational and the public is therefore urged to use the 0860104257 number on a 24/7 basis to log their water- and sanitation-related queries.

“We wish to thank you for your co-operation and understanding during the period we were offline,” said uThukela communications manager Jabulani Mkhonza.
