SADTU members spread cancer awareness at school

The campaign was held as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) held a breast cancer awareness event at ML Sultan Primary School recently.

The teachers prayed at the school as part of the campaign.

Leading the prayer was Pastor S Petse from Voice of Victory Church (VOV).

The organisers said that the reason for having a prayer was because they wanted to do something different as a union, since everyone else seems to always do walks.

“We were asking God to intervene with a cure to heal those who are suffering. We are all affected, either directly or indirectly,” said organiser Phiwo Ndaba.
