Burgers to raise funds for old age home

The elderly are grateful that the Masonic Lodge has their best interests at heart

The Klipriver County Lodge 2401 Masonic Charity held a fund-raiser at De Franca SPAR last Saturday (October 21) to help the old age home.

Lodge members took to the SPAR parking lot with their gas cooker and gazebo. They whipped up hamburgers to sell in order to raise funds for the senior citizens of Ladysmith.

Many people satisfied their early-morning hunger and supported a good cause at the same time.
