A small fire was extinguished by staff at Lenmed La Verna Hospital’s last night (August 11).
The fire occurred in an area with no patients and was quickly put out.
As a precaution, some patients were evacuated and then quickly relocated.
No one was in any danger during the entire process.

The cause of the fire is still unknown at this point, and hospital management is investigating.
