6.4-metre python caught by snake catcher

The snake was safely released at Nambiti Game Reserve

A call was made to local snake catcher Zam Paulik after a massive Southern African Python was spotted near a farm close to Windsor Dam recently.

Residents of the area were amazed and some fearful to see such a huge reptile.

Zam rushed to the scene and the ‘battle’ began with the 6.4-metre python…

He was bitten but eventually managed to get the snake under his control. A nonchalant Zam said he was fine after the bite was treated.
