After a bitterly cold and blustery night, locals woke to the magnificent sight of the Drakensberg mountain cloaked in snow.
Widespread reports of snowfall across the country have been reported since yesterday (July 9).
Areas in the KZN Midlands, including Nottingham Road and Underberg experienced snowfall.
This morning (July 10) reports of snowfall in parts of Gauteng are trending.
