uThukela call centre back to normal

The telephone lines at uThukela’s call centre were recently ‘out of order’ and non-operational.

According to communication officer Jabulani Mkhonza, the telephone lines are now back up and running.

The centre is fully operational and the public is urged to use the 0860104257 number on a 24/7 basis to log water- and sanitation-related queries.

“We wish to thank you for your co-operation during the period we were off-line,” added Mkhonza.
