Eagle Peak SPUR celebrates World Blood Donor
Eagle Peak SPUR acknowledges the importance of all blood donors this World Blood Donor Month.
Helping celebrate World Blood Donor Month, Eagle Peak Spur has sponsored SANBS at The Newcastle Mall with 50 R100 meal vouchers.
Starting June 24, the first 50 people who donate blood will receive a voucher.
SANBS’ largest source of blood is our school learners.
With learners currently involved in their vital June examinations, they are not permitted to donate blood.
As a result, blood stocks are running low.
School holidays are also around the corner, which results in more holidaymakers on the roads.
In order to prevent disaster, SANBS needs to ensure an adequate supply of blood.
SANBS Thank you, Eagle Peak SPUR, and please take 30 minutes of your time to donate one unit of blood and save lives.
SANBS at the Newcastle Mall is open and operates during the following times:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Tuesday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 –15:00
- Sunday: 09:00 –14:00
