Newcastle ECD celebrates new school premises.
Newcastle Early Child Development celebrated the opening day of their school in new premises on Friday (June 2).
To celebrate, the school enlisted the help of cartoon characters such as Mickey Mouse and Barney, much to the delight of all students. They created a fun atmosphere with music, colourful lights and free coffee for parents making early morning drop offs or passing cars in the cold winter morning.
The school custodial staff worked extras hours to ensure that the new facilities were in pristine condition for the children entrusted to their care.
Our overarching goal is to engage all learners and foster a lifetime of learning. The school is a special place to learn and grow. We are definitely settled, anchored in achievement and we already started making special memories” says Mrs Botes
