Mayor monitors progress of water tanker repairs

uThukela District Municipality’s leadership visited a workshop yesterday (April 25), where water tankers are being repaired. The aim was to monitor the progress of the work being done.

Even though there are many water tankers that have problems, uThukela Mayor Inkosi NB Shabalala said they are doing everything possible to push the service providers to finish the job soon.

The mayor said they want to have as many tankers as possible before the long weekend, since water will be in high demand and these vehicles play a crucial role, especially in the rural areas.
