IFP members march through town

The party is demanding that CoGTA stop interfering in uThukela

Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) members held a march through the streets this morning (April 19).

The IFP is demanding that the Department of Co-operative Governance & Traditional Affairs (CoGTA) stop interfering in uThukela’s administration. They want CoGTA to immediately remove the ministerial representative (administrator). They also want SAMWU members to be removed from the labour forum.

IFP members came all the way from Estcourt and Bergville to join the Ladysmith members in the march.
