Juana Maria Old Age Home has a book sale every Saturday morning at 60 Francis Road from 09:00 until 12:00.
This weekly sale has become somewhat ‘famous’ in Ladysmith, as everyone knows that a wide variety of books are sold at rock-bottom prices. So if you’re a bookworm, pop in and hunt for your favourite author.

Practically all genres of literature are catered for, and there might even be some poetry as well!
The money raised goes towards the old age home, so you’re supporting a good cause as well as improving your vocabulary and entertaining yourself with some good reading material over the weekend.
