Devotees gather for appearance anniversary
The day-long celebrations were supported by Iskcon devotees
Iskcon Estcourt celebrated the Appearance Anniversary of Lord Nityananda Prabhu on February 3. The festivities started early in the morning and ended late at night.
Despite inclement weather conditions, devotees took to the streets to honour Lord Nityananda by singing in unison.
Thereafter, the crowd enjoyed ecstatic kirtan performances, an enlightening class, a video clip by a prominent devotee, and feasting.
Iskcon Estcourt conveys its heartfelt gratitude to all devotees, sponsors, guests and the community of Estcourt for the continuous support and participation.
Iskcon Estcourt will host its first ‘Sunday Love Feast’ on February 19 at 11:00. Everyone is welcome.
Gaura Purnima will be celebrated on March 7 at 18:30 and all are welcome once again. There will be street chanting from 17:45 until 18:30. The meeting point is the Iskcon mandir.
