Your blood is not just a lifeline for yourself but can also be a lifesaver for three other people.

So why not become a regular blood donor?

The South African National Blood Service will be at the Estcourt Methodist Church in Victoria Street tomorrow (February 9) and invite all new and regular donors to donate a pint of blood.

The team will be in the church hall from 11:00 until 18:00, so do stop by and donate a pint of your lifesaving blood.
