Six people sustained moderate to serious injuries after three vehicles collided on the N11 (Amajuba Pass) this afternoon.

According to Jan-Henk van Vuuren of Magenta Medical Services, when emergency services arrived on the scene they found two of the injured patients still inside the vehicles and the other four outside in the veld.

The cause of the collision is still unclear, but it’s believed that poor visibility and rainy weather could have contributed the the collision.
