Al-Imdaad hands out food at train station

The Transnet Phelophepa Healthcare Train is currently in town

The Al-Imdaad Foundation has been handing out food to needy patients at the train station this week.

The Transnet Phelophepa Healthcare Train has been in Ladysmith since Monday (January 23), with patients seeking medical attention from the crew. 

The train is a ‘healthcare clinic on wheels’ and people line up for free medical services.

Al-Imdaad members have been giving out sandwiches for three days now.

The train will be in town until February 3 and anyone is welcome to take advantage of this service.
