Small team with a big heart

The Food for Life Estcourt team distributed more than 6000 meals in 2022

The small but dedicated team of volunteers that make up Food for Life Estcourt ended 2022 on a high note. The team prepared and served 500 vegetarian meals on December 11.

Residents in Forderville and Colita received the home-cooked meals.

This brought the total number of meals distributed in 2022 to 6500.

Food for Life Estcourt chairperson Lokeshwar Das describes this as a great achievement for the branch. “We’re a small team and it’s amazing how dedicated and hardworking my team is,” he said.
