R616 Bergville road now open
The road is safe to travel on, for now
The R616 Bergville road is now open.
The road has been blocked by protesters since Thursday last week (January 12).
It is believed that residents in Roosboom and Bergville have not had water since last year November, and this is what sparked the protest action.

Motorists can now safely travel on the R616.
