Resident frustrated with smelly trash
Illegal dumping is a criminal offence and if caught, perpetrators could face a fine of up to R1000
A resident of Mimosa Road is disgusted with the litter that’s strewn all over the street.
“People are dumping on a vacant piece of land and they seem to think that’s okay,” said the angry resident.
She says the smell is ‘horrific’ and children can’t play outside because the rubbish is hazardous to their health.
“It’s an eyesore and frustrating, as we want to live in a neat, clean environment,” fumed the woman.
