R602 heading to Dundee currently closed
Motorists are urged to avoid the area
A service delivery protest has blocked the R602 between Wasbank and Elandslaagte.
It is not clear what sparked the protest this morning (January 9), but previously, residents from the Nkunzi area blocked the route to voice their concerns over lack of water.
Motorists are urged to use the R68, via Sunset Rest, to travel to Ladysmith.
