One could feel the whimsy of Christmas creeping closer at the Market Day hosted by Newcastle Gemeenskapskerk on Saturday, October 29.
Shoppers were spoilt for choice at the array of novelty gifts and homemade Christmas bric-a-brac on display.
Event organiser, André Strydom, described the Market Day as a great success and expressed his gratitude to each and every one who came out in support of the church despite there being so many event hosted on the same day.
