BREAKING: Trio accused of murder have been denied bail

The case has been postponed for November 10 to allow transcripts to be made available to the Department of Public Prosecutor.

The trio accused of pre-meditated murder of Dundee mother of two, Mercisha Tedpaul have all been denied bail.

The case has been postponed for  November 10 to allow transcripts to be made available to the Department of Public Prosecutor.

A decision is to be made whether the case moves to Regional Court or the High Court.

All three suspects, Sanjoth Madhan (28) and his parents, Manoj (58) and Sarikha (47) have been in custody since March.
