A fatal crash took place on the Helpmekaar Road this evening (September 18).
A double-cab and a car collided, and one person was tragically killed.

Other occupants in the vehicles sustained slight injuries and were taken to hospital.
The Traffic Department, Forensic Unit and police responded to the scene.
