Get your dose of early-morning exercise every Saturday
Parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at Ladysmith Country Club.
Many local residents take part, as well as people from out of town. Four-legged friends (dogs) even trot along happily at their owners’ heels.
It’s a great way to start your weekend with a good dose of exercise.
Parkrun is a free, timed, 5km run or walk that is open to males and females of all ages.

If you didn’t run yesterday (September 11), then see you next Saturday and remember to smile for the camera when you see a Ladysmith Gazette journalist who’s covering the event.
Volunteers are always needed, so think about offering your services to ensure the continued success of this event.
