All urged to take part in ‘Walk for Charity’
Celebrities and local artists are expected to grace the event
Preparations are underway for the ‘Walk for Charity’, which will be held on Saturday, September 10, in Peacetown.
This event is part of the build-up to the first-of-its-kind ‘Bhekizizwe Joseph Shabalala Marathon’ to honour the late founder of Ladysmith Black Mambazo.
The ‘Walk for Charity’ will start near Kirkintulloch Primary School and finishes near Sicelokuhle High School in the Embuzweni area.

According to one of the organisers, Vuyo Tshabalala, the preparations are going smoothly and they are ready to host the walk on Saturday, followed by a variety of games on Sunday.
The Bhekizizwe Joseph Shabalala Marathon is expected to take place in February next year.
